Walter Jon Williams

Walter Jon Williams (Duluth, 15 ottobre 1953) è uno scrittore statunitense di romanzi di fantascienza.

Williams ha studiato all'università del New Mexico dove ha conseguito un bachelor of Arts nel 1975. Attualmente vive a Valencia County situata a sud di Albuquerque nel New Mexico.

Lo stile preferito da Williams è quello cyberpunk (in particolare la serie Hardwired) anche se ha sperimentato diversi altri generi tra i quali la space opera, la farsa e la storia alternativa.
