Russian Heraldic Register no. 959
Textual description: "On a sky-blue (azure) field there are three wide arrow-heads in a triangle (two and one in a form of a plane). Above them there're two wings. All figures in gold".
Author: Administration of Zhukovsky of Moscow region of Russia (and so is the public municipal property of Zhukovsky administration as a kind of logo of Zhukovsky)
