Júlio César da Silva e Souza (born February 26, 1980 in Itaguai) is a Brazilian football player, currently performing for Greek side, AEK Athens FC, having joined them from Gil Vicente FC, in 2005. He was the scorer in the 1-1 draw against RSC Anderlecht for the second game of the group phase in the 2006-07 Champions League Campaign. Júlio César scored again in the famous 1-0 win against AC Milan in front of 60.000 spectators in Olympic Stadium (Athens) with a direct free kick. He has also previously played for Lokomotiv Moscow, scoring against Club Brugge in a 2-0 win in November 2002.
