Jack Mitchell (coach)

Jack Mitchell was a college football coach. From 1953 to 1954, he was the head football coach at Wichita State, where he led the Shockers to a 13-5-1 record. This included a 9-1 season in 1954. From 1954 to 1957, he was the head football coach at Arkansas, where he compiled a 17-12-1 record. From 1958 to 1966, he coached at Kansas, where he compiled a 42-44-5 record.
