The image of Jackie Guerrido is a public domain photo from Univision. The article is a bio about her and therefore as a free use image, the image is used properly. Please do not insist in its removal. Tony the Marine 00:04, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- Is it a public domain image or a photo copyroghted by Univision? If the image is really in ppublic domain, We may use it anyway we want. The image currently has an invalid source (broken link) and, if left as so, is going to be deleted from Wikipedia. Let me know if you need any help --Abu Badali 00:21, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- Note: section 8 of WP:FUC clearly states: "The material must contribute significantly to the article (e.g. identify the subject of an article, or specifically illustrate relevant points or sections within the text) and must not serve a purely decorative purpose." Reworded because it implied she still works on the Amanecer show and "also" on Despierta America, which is no longer true. Also not sure she still contributes to Primer Impacto, so amended the tense slightly.KD Tries Again 19:06, 1 March 2007 (UTC)KD
