Jaeger5432 was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1977. He moved (with his parents) when he was 4 years old to Florida. Interests included spelling bees, the math game Equations, geography, and science fair. Note the conspicuous absent of sports; his peers certainly did.

He attended King College, a small liberal arts college in Bristol, Tennessee, from which he graduated with a B.S. degree in chemistry and biology in 1999.

Jaeger5432 just completed his PhD in analytical chemistry at the University of Michigan. Other interests include photography, computer games (currently replaying Morrowind), music, and orienteering. He makes tasty ginger beer and is experimenting with liqueurs. (Making them; most of the product he passes off to friends.) His only confirmed television fandoms are Stargate and Doctor Who.
