James S. Berger

James S. Berger (b. 1903 - ????) severed a Pennsylvania State Senator as a Republican from 1944 until 1965. He was born Warren County, PA. He was a lawyer and lived in Potter County, PA. He also served as President Pro Term of the Pennsylvania Senate. He was defeated for reelection in 1965. When a court ordered Pennsylvania to redistrict and forced him into a primary with an incumbent from Lycoming County.
