The bit about "James's family did not 'say' he was..." seems better suited for a talk page, or should at least be reworded to conform better to NPOV. I'm not familiar enough with the incident, whatever comment is being referenced, or the documentary to make the edit myself. Would one of the previous editors please take this on?
