Jan Hlaváč (born September 19, 1976 in Prague, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech professional ice hockey player. He currently plays for HC Sparta Praha in the Czech Extraliga.

Hlaváč has played at the National Hockey League level for the New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers, Vancouver Canucks, and Carolina Hurricanes. His first stint with the Rangers saw him play on the Czech-mate line with fellow countrymen Radek Dvořák and Petr Nedvěd. He scored 19 goals and 42 points in 1999-2000, his rookie season, and he scored an NHL career high 28 goals and 64 points in 2000-01. He was unable to duplicate his early success in Philadelphia, Vancouver, and Carolina and returned to Europe following a second stint with New York in 2003-04.
