Jarmen Kell

Jarmen Kell is a video game unit from the title Command and Conquer: Generals, along with its expansion pack Command and Conquer: Generals Zero Hour.

Jarmen Kell is an elite soldier for the Global Liberation Army. He uses either a sniper rifle or an anti-material rifle to kill infantry from long range, and is considered one of the best single infantry units in the game. He is the GLA teams special infantry character, with China having Black Lotus/Super Black Lotus (Infantry General) and USA having Colonel Burton. Only one Jarmen Kell can be trained at any one time by a single player. His special ability is that he can kill the crew of any manned vehicle, neutralizing it so any infantry unit can take over the now-neutral vehicle. His other ability is that he can remain camouflaged until he shoots. If Jarmen Kell is garrisoned in a civilian building, he remains stealthed, and the building will appear to other players as ungarrisoned.

Jarmen Kell gains demolition abilities identical to Colonel Burton's if the player is using General Rodall "Demolition" Juhziz (the GLA Demolition General).

During part of the Command and Conquer: Generals Zero Hour GLA single-player campaign, the player is required to control Kell, along with a number of other anonymous GLA operatives, in capturing dangerous chemical weapons from within the USA itself. A cutscene preceding this mission depicts Jarmen Kell as the leader of the operatives.

Not much is known about Jarmen Kell because the game (Zero Hour, not Generals) does not provide backgrounds for their Hero Units nor provide very many cut scenes including them. This breaks the precedent set by previous Command and Conquer games.
