Both Jasper and Horace have mean personalities (they have no ethical qualms whatsoever about Cruella's killing puppies), are twin brothers, and fit the bumbling henchmen stereotype: both are not too intelligent, and are extremely incompetent at their jobs. However, the two are the exact opposites.
- Jasper- Jasper is taller, thinner, and slightly less intelligent than Horace. He often warns Horace against thinking about anything, but Horace does this anyway. Jasper is understanably frightened of Cruella (although he tells her to shut up at the end of the animated movie). He is voiced by J. Pat O' Malley and is played by Hugh Laurie in live-action.
- Horace- Horace is shorter and fatter then Jasper, but Jasper is far more intimidating (unless he is arguing with Cruella, that is). Horace is also more intelligent, and Jasper often warns him against thinking about anything too much. He is voiced by Frederick Warlock in the animated version, and is played by Mark Williams in live-action.
[edit] Trivia
- Jasper and Horace's last name, "Badun", is a pun on the British phrase that means a bad person.
- The two characters do not appear in the original novel, or the sequel to the live-action film.
