Jeffrey Allan Kemp (born July 11, 1959 in Santa Ana, California), was a former American professional football player. A 6'0" undrafted quarterback from Dartmouth College, Kemp played in 11 NFL seasons from 1981 and 1983-1991 for 4 different teams. In 1984, he led the Los Angeles Rams with 13 touchdowns passes a trip to the playoffs. In 1986 as a back-up to the injured Joe Montana, Kemp threw 11 touchdowns for the 49ers. He is the son of former NFL quarterback and current American politician Jack Kemp.
