Jeff Ratcliffe (b. March 15, 1976) is from Coquitlam, B.C.
The Rat is an lacrosse player for the Philadelphia Wings in the National Lacrosse League. Ratcliffe attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
Ratcliffe was a First Round Draft pick in the 2001 NLL Entry Draft by the Philadelphia Wings. In 2006, he led the Wings in goals with 43.
Ratcliffe is the Professional Lacrosse Players' Association representative for the Philadelphia Wings.
