I have put prod tags on Chung Keng Quee and Seow Poh Leng. Wikipedia new page patrollers are impatient people - if we have not seen evidence of notability in the first few lines, we give up and mark non-notable. I note your comment about genealogy on your user page. Wikipedia is specifically not for pure genealogies. You may be happier contributing to the sites listed in {{badbio}} or your own website.
