Talk:Jennifer Saunders
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
RE: the request for a little "neutral point of view." I wrote this entry, and I find it to be praising only because Jennifer Saunders is, in fact, considered a comedy genius by most of Europe. She is to Europe what Mel Brooks or Woody Allen is to America. So if you disagree with my comments or have fact to prove other than what I've said, please do make changes. But keep your catty, tongue-in-cheek comments restricted to the "talk" page.
- NPOV is NPOV. It has nothing to do with being catty or tongue-in-cheek. -- Zoe
[edit] Gay Icon Project
In my effort to merge the now-deleted list from the article Gay icon to the Gay icons category, I have added this page to the category. I engaged in this effort as a "human script", adding everyone from the list to the category, bypassing the fact-checking stage. That is what I am relying on you to do. Please check the article Gay icon and make a judgment as to whether this person or group fits the category. By distributing this task from the regular editors of one article to the regular editors of several articles, I believe that the task of fact-checking this information can be expedited. Thank you very much. Philwelch 22:12, 24 Mar 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Birth Date
Birth date is 6th July or 12th July?
Googling (and IMDB) reveals it might be the 12th July, not the 6th July as written in the article. IMDB isn't that reliable though... Where would one get a canonical answer? Daniel Smith 22:09, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Vagueness
The early part of the bio here is a bit vague on dates and some other things, giving it an off-the-cuff tone. She and French hated each other ... and then toured together. Then there was this French and Saunders thing, and then there was this AbFab thing, and then in 2006 there was this and that and the other thing. -- Dhartung | Talk 22:21, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
