Jesse & Joy are a Mexican pop duo formed in 2005 by siblings Jesse (born December 31, 1982) and Joy (born June 20, 1986).

Jesse & Joy are two young siblings born in Mexico City. They began to show a passion for music, and in 2001 when Jesse was 18 and Joy was 15 started to write lyrics and songs with their father. They were signed under the Warner label on April 18, 2005.
Jesse plays the piano, the guitar, and does the chorus of the songs and Joy plays the guitar and is the lead voice. Their debut was on the Teletón-Mexico 2005 when the Mexican-Argentine duo Sin Bandera presented them to the Mexican audience for the first time. Another achievement that have is that they opened James Blunt's Show Case in Mexico.
"Espacio Sideral" is the first single of their debut album and went #1 on many radio stations. The video of the first single was produced in Argentina and the premiere of the video on MTV was on June 27. The second single is "Ya No Quiero".
Jesse & Joy were nominated in the MTV Video Music Awards Latin America[1] in the category of Promising Artist (Artista Promesa) alongside Argentine singer Axel Fernando, Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Calle 13, the Colombian singer and Grammy award winning, Fonseca and the Mexican rock group División Minúscula. They were beat by Calle 13.
Recently, they earned a gold certification for selling more than 50,000 copies while they were playing in a concert.
