Jiguaní

Jiguaní is a municipality and town in Granma Province of Cuba. It is located 25 km east of Bayamo.
The municipality covers 1,670 km ² and contains the communities of Babiney, Baire, Bijagual, La Villa, Los Negros, Maffo, Rihito and Santa Rita.
The town of Jiguaní was a stronghold and a starting point in the independence war of 1895.
