James Scott "Jim" Wilkinson MLC (born 4 December 1951 in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia) is the member for the Division of Nelson in the Legislative Council of the Tasmanian Parliament. He is also a practising lawyer in Hobart.
Jim Wilkinson belongs to the dominant Conservative majority in the Legislative Council. He has, along with the rest of the Council voted in favour of most of the Government's significant legislation.
