Jeremy Stuart Kinnear (born June 6, 1969), better known as Jipsi Kinnear, is a Canadian film director and producer.
Kinnear has been involved in the industry since the late 80's as a manager, promoter and producer. He has consulted to various companies such as Disney, Twentieth Century Fox, New Line Cinema, and Paramount Studios.

Kinnear is currently producing a series of video guides to be shown on the popular video sharing web site YouTube, covering all facets of movie production. The tutorials will be presented by industry professionals, discussing their role and how it works. At the end of the series, there will be a two week competition in which entrants will be provided with a concept, it will be their task to write and produce their movie, utilizing everything they have learned from the series.
