- Quadell, the Library and Archives of Canada state that the copyright on the Yousuf Karsh photo from 1948 of Joan Crawford had expired, and that there were no usage restrictions. I may have expressed myself unclearly, but current practice here is to tag such images with {{PD}}. Or is there a better tag? In any case, that's way better than "publicly available": it is that, and we can use it; just like we use other Karsh pictures from LAC. Lupo 15:10, 15 September 2005 (UTC)
