Jocelyn Wildenstein, (born August 5, 1940 in Switzerland) sometimes referred to as "Cat Woman," is a wealthy American socialite who has frequently been seen in the tabloid press due to her numerous cosmetic surgeries. Her extreme appearance has led to the press giving her the nickname "The Bride of Wildenstein," a reference to The Bride of Frankenstein. Jocelyn has allegedly spent £2 million (US$3,933,800) on cosmetic surgery over the years.
She is known to have received several silicone injections to the lips, cheek, and chin along with a facelift and eye reconstruction to appear more "feline like". Some people believe that she had the surgeries done in order to win back the affections of her billionaire husband, Alec Wildenstein, who shared her interest in exotic wild cats as a result of spending considerable time at the Wildenstein family's 66,000 acre ranch in Kenya. Alec was put in jail for pulling a gun on Jocelyn. The couple eventually divorced and she currently resides in New York City where she is often seen at social events and night clubs throughout the city with celebrity friends.
