Joe Payne

Joseph "Joe" Payne was born in Tampa, Florida in 1984. He is a bassist and guitarist of considerable talent, and recently played bass in the Technical Death Metal Band "Nile". He joined the band in early 2005 for the American and European tours after learning eleven Nile songs in only three days. Joe Payne had since taken on full time bassist duties for Nile. Joe Payne is also sponsored by Ampeg Amps, and Spector Basses. In 2007, Karl Sanders confirmed that Payne is no longer with the band, on a posting on the band's message board^[1]
