John William Woolf

John William Woolf (born November 27, 1869- died February 22, 1950 was a politician from Northwest Territories and later Alberta, Canada.
John was born in Logan Cache, Utah in 1869 John served in the Legislative Assembly of Northwest Territories from 1902 to 1905 as a member of the Northwest Territories Liberal Party and served in the Legislative Assembly of Alberta for the Alberta Liberal Party from 1905 to 1912, when he resigned. He was instrumental in getting the first grain elevators set up, and brought the plight of southern Alberta farmers to the legislature He died in 1950 at Salt Lake City, Utah.
