Johnson City Cardinals

The Johnson City Cardinals are a rookie league team based out of Johnson City, Tennessee. The Cardinals are affiliated with the St. Louis Cardinals organization and play with the Appalachian League. The Cardinals became notorious after a budget scandal ending in the arrest and conviction of their General Manager (GM), Vance Spinks. The team plays its home games at Howard Johnson Field.
