Jonas Salley (born 16 March 1982 in Côte d'Ivoire) is a football (soccer) midfielder who currently plays for Adelaide United FC in the Australian A-League.
Salley moved to Australia in 2006 to play with Victorian Premier League side South Melbourne FC. He was signed by A-League club New Zealand Knights FC in 2006 because of his impressive performances in the VPL. Salley was very much a fan favourite at the Knights for his high work rate and quality passes. Despite being injured for a large part of the season, he made a huge impact for the team on his return with his strength and fitness. After the end of the A-League Version 2, Salley signed with Sydney FC on a short-term contract as cover for their Asian Champions League campaign. He made one appearance for the New South Wales club. On March 13, 2007 it was announced that he was signing for Adelaide United FC on a 2 year deal. It has been mooted that he may compete with former captain Ross Aloisi for the defensive midfield role in the United side.
