Jonathan Dorrian

Jonathan Dorrian is a young Scottish actor. He was born in Edinburgh, Scotland on 17th February 1994 and is currently a 2nd year pupil attending Stewarts Melville College in Edinburgh.
He has appeared in musical theatre, starring as the enchanted object "Chip" (The Teacup) in the Walt Disney Theatrical Company's 2003 UK Touring Production of Beauty and the Beast which had a sell-out two month run at the Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre.
In 2004, Jonathan was cast in the role of "Tiny Tim" in the Leslie Bricusse musical adaptation of Charles Dickens' "Scrooge" where he appeared opposite the legendary British performer Tommy Steele who starred in the title role.
In 2005, Jonathan appeared in two television commercials for Nickleodeon and Cartoon Network and also had a cameo role in a short film for CBBC TV, "Meet the Campbells".
In 2006, Jonathan won critical acclaim for his Edinburgh Festival Fringe appearance for the Dublin-based RAW Theatre Production Company's performance of "Under Ice" by German playwright Falk Richter where he played the 'alter-ego' of the play's leading character, Paul Neimand.
