Jordan Lee Carstens (born January 22, 1981 in Carroll, Iowa) is an American football defensive tackle for the NFL's Carolina Panthers. He was an undrafted free agent out of Iowa State University.

Carstens attended Panorama High School in Panorama, Iowa. WHile attending there, he was a two-year letterman in football and as a senior, earned third team All-State honors from the Des Moines Register.
