Jordan McKnight was the primary stage name of one of the more notable black sex film performers of late 1990s.
However she is most noted for being one of the HIV infected female performers after having sex with Marc Wallice[1] which caused the 1998 scare that almost closed down the sex film industry.[2]
A temporary moritorium would later happen in 2004 when Darren James also brought up a HIV infection into the adult film industry which also infected several notable female performers.
After being revealed to be HIV positive in 1998, McKnight mostly retired from the porn industry. She tried to continue in mostly non sex roles but this proved ultimately undoable. She left the industry completely approximately 2001. Unreleased films starring her continued to be released until 2003.
McKnight's current health condition at this time is undisclosed.
