Jotamont

Jotamont or Jorge Fernandes Monteiro (October 1, 1912 - November 21, 1998) was a Cape Verdean musician and a composors, he was born on the boat headed for the United States of America along with his parents in search for a better living conditions and was one of the famous persons ever to be born on any boats and ships in the world. He attended the Gil Eanes lyceum in Mindelo and a Lisbon conservatory. He was virtuous of the trumpet.
