Judi Brown, (born July 14, 1961) is an American athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metre Hurdles.
She competed for the United States in the 1984 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, USA in the 400 metre hurdles where she won the Silver medal.
In addition, Judi was a three time Gold Medalist at the Pan-American Games,and was a twelve time Big Ten Champion in Track and Field events. In 1987, she was selected "Sportsman of the year" by Sports Illustrated for her community involvement.
Judi Brown holds two degrees from Michigan State University, a Bachelor degree in Audiology & Speech Science, and a Master degree in Education. She also completed her doctoral dissertation for her Ph.D. in Public Administration and Public Policy from Western Michigan University, from which she graduated with honors. She also is a member of the Michigan Even Start Statewide Family Literacy Consortium.
