In my effort to merge the now-deleted list from the article Gay icon to the Gay icons category, I have added this page to the category. I engaged in this effort as a "human script", adding everyone from the list to the category, bypassing the fact-checking stage. That is what I am relying on you to do. Please check the article Gay icon and make a judgment as to whether this person or group fits the category. By distributing this task from the regular editors of one article to the regular editors of several articles, I believe that the task of fact-checking this information can be expedited. Until today, the article said she was "Julia Roberts (born 'Julie Fiona Roberts')." Was she born "Julie" or "Julia"? If it's Julie, we should get that back in there. JDoorjam Talk 23:25, 11 February 2006 (UTC)

I don't mean to be a pedant, but this reads more like an anthropology textbook than a biographical sketch!

I think the second highest paid actress portion of this page should be removed because Witherspoon isn't there yet. That $29 million salary rumor was quashed by her rep so...

[edit] Early life - edit of 15 February 2007 by 84.196.229.189
This edit changed a couple of sentences to read "Roberts's parents divorced when she was four, and her mother remarried. Her father died of cancer when Roberts was nine." This IP has a history of introducing incorrect information, but I hesitate to revert the edit because I have no independent way to verify it. Please could someone who has check it out?
