ジョージ・リッツァ（George Ritzer, 1940年-）は、アメリカ合衆国の社会学者。メリーランド大学社会学部教授。

ミシガン大学で修士号、コーネル大学で博士号を取得。チュレーン大学助教授、カンザス大学准教授を経て、1974年から現職。

マクドナルドの経営理念とそれを象徴する合理化が現代社会にあらゆる場所に浸透していることを指摘し、それをマクドナルド化と名づけたことで知られる。
