チャールズ・カプチャン

チャールズ・カプチャン（Charles A. Kupchan, 1958年 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の国際政治学者。ジョージタウン大学準教授。ハーバード大学卒業後、オックスフォード大学大学院で学び、博士号取得。国務省およびアメリカ国家安全保障会議でヨーロッパ問題を担当。またプリンストン大学でも教えていた。
