Description	English: Illustration of en:anamorphic widescreen lens. Without an anamorphic lens, the available film area is not used completely; some of the film surface is wasted on the black bars. Deutsch: Illustration einer de:anamorphen Widescreen-Linse. Ohne diese Linse wird nicht der gesammte Filmbereich genutzt; ein Teil der Filmoberfläche wird an die schwarzen Balken verschwendet.
