R・B・J・ウォーカー（R. B. J. Walker, 1947年-）は、イギリス・キール大学の国際関係論教授（2000年-）。専攻は、国際関係論、政治理論。学術誌 Alternatives: Global, Local, Politial の編集長。 イギリスで生まれ、ウェールズ・スウォンジー大学、カナダ・クイーンズ大学で学ぶ。2000年までカナダ・ヴィクトリア大学で教えていたほか、プリンストン大学、オーストラリア国立大学、カナダ・ブリティッシュ・コロンビア大学でも教鞭を執る。
