[edit] Confuflux
Thanks for adding Confuflux to July 15. I had been adding the Discordian Holydays to each day as they came up, but I was busy and missed Confuflux entirely. DenisMoskowitz 15:44, 2004 Jul 21 (UTC)
So ahhh, did you just delete my crucial article Vincent Chiappini? Not cool, "Kaelia."
[edit] Nude photographs
With reference to the discussion page of the Woman article, there is some debate of the suitability of the "Frau" image as the lead photograph. Consensus seems to be that the photograph should be nude, as being one way to overcome any cultural specificity, but we then run into the problem that any specific female photograph is going to represent one particular ethnicity/age/body shape etc.
Finding a free license nude image of a group of sufficiently diverse women would seem to be difficult, but I ask in all seriousness whether there would be a diverse group of female editors at Wikimania 2006 willing to pose for a tasteful group portrait in order to illustrate the article and thereby represent their half of the species? Likewise men, I suppose, though the Da Vinci image used there seems less contentious. --Jumbo 02:12, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
