Doctor Kaiser Bengaliwala commonly known as Kaiser Bengali or Qaiser Bengali is a distinguished economists of Pakistan. Dr. Kaiser has headed the institutions like Social Policy and Development Center (SPDC), Karachi and Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI), Islamabad. He remained associated as a Professor with Applied Economics Research Centre (AERC), University of Karachi and currently teaching at SZABIST, Karachi.
Dr. Kaiser earned his doctorate in 1995 on TEMPORAL AND REGIONAL DECOMPOSITION OF NATIONAL ACCOUNTS OF PAKISTAN under Professor Hafeez A. Pasha from University of Karachi.
He has been the chairman or member of a large number of task forces, commissions or committees. He has published extensively in the fields of public finance, social development, and poverty.
