Kalam Mooniaruck

Kalam Mooniaruck (b. 22 November 1983 [1]in Yeovil [2])is an English football player of Mauritian descent, currently playing for Cambridge City F.C..

Kalam started as a youth player at Norwich City[3] but was poached by Manchester United on 3rd March 1999 [4]. He was released by Manchester United in January 2003 [5] and had trials with Rotherham United, Queens Park Rangers, Grimsby Town, Wycombe Wanderers, Swindon Town, Sheffield Wednesday and Leyton Orient [6] before signing for Braintree United in August 2003. He was released in January 2004 and had a trial with Cambridge United, before signing with his local team Bishop's Stortford Swifts. He signed for Cambridge City F.C. in August 2006 [7].
