There compete 12 teams in the Superliga.
They plays double matches (2 x 11) - one time home, one time away.
Totally 144 matches.
No. 1 will be Danish champion and will qualify for the UEFA Champions League and Royal League.
No. 12 will relegate to the 1st division.
No. 2 to no. 11 will play a playoff about the remaining European competition spots plus the last relegation spot for the 1st Division.

- No. 7 vs. no. 10
Match E:
- No. 8 vs. no. 9
Match F:

Match G:
- Loser match A vs. loser match B
Match H:
- Winner match D vs. winner match E
Match I:
- Winner match G vs. winner match H
Match J:
- Loser match F vs. loser match C
Match K:
- Winner match I vs. Winner match J
Match L:
- Loser match D vs. loser match E
Match M:
- Loser match L vs. loser match C
The winner of match F will qualify for the UEFA Cup and Royal League.
The winner of match K will qualify for the UEFA Intertoto Cup and Royal League.
The loser of match K will qualify for Royal League.
The following losers, plus the winners of match L and M, will only play Superliga the following season: Match G, H, I and J.
The loser of match M will relegate to 1st division.
