My areas of "expertise" involve largely European colonies in the Far East after 1733, as well as European nobility after 1066.
I may contribute occasionally to Chinese pages but my preferred language at the moment is English. I'm also fairly adept at Suzhou hua but I believe that since traditionally it's a largely spoken instead of written dialect the whole concept of a Wu-language wiki is kind of silly.
During the spring you may find me huddled over beers and gin in Montreal. I also work at test and have extensive experience in skin care.
My planned additions to Wiki:
Colonial history of Singapore and Hong Kong, especially before the Japanese Occupation
Information regarding the colonial governors of Singapore and Hong Kong and possibly Penang and Malacca
The Great Game biographies and exploits
British conflicts with Tibet
I will try to stay impartial and use legitimate sources. However I do have a Communist upbringing so I will avoid controversial topics relating to China unless it is related to British Imperialism.
