To find all the subpages of, for instance, physics, go to Special:Allpages, and type in Physics/ in the "Display pages starting at" edit box. You should arrive at page similar to this.
[edit] Citing an article on Wikipedia
Care must be taken when citing Wikipedia articles. Special:Cite is a good resource for automatically creating references to specific pages, for instance the physics article can be cited using this output.
