- it is a low resolution copy of the original and it has been further reduced by 50% by me;
- the image is significant because it is am important historical document of great interest in the Kashmir dispute.
- the image is not available in the public domain.
- the image being used only in two wikipedia pages Kashmir region and History of Jammu and Kashmir and is being used only for educational reasons and not for profit;
