Katie Lai

Katherine Elizabeth Lai (born September 1, 1989) is a Canadian actress who starred in Degrassi: The Next Generation (seasons 2 and 3) and Super Rupert (2001). Lai had minor roles in The King And I (1999), Taming Andrew, and The Camera. She has performed with the Toronto Youth Theatre in their productions of Urinetown (2006) and A Midsummer Night's Dream (2006) and debuted on the Hart House Theatre stage with Lysistrata in 2007.
Lai was born in Toronto, Ontario. Her father is of Chinese descent and her mother is of Irish descent.
