Kato Serwanga (born July 23, 1976 in Kampala, Uganda, Africa) is a former American football player in the NFL. He attended the University of California at Berkeley, Sacramento State University and University of the Pacific. He is the identical twin brother of former NFL player Wasswa Serwanga.
