Maria Kristina Cassandra Concepcion is also known as KC Concepcion. She is the daughter of the Filipina actress (the mega star) Sharon Cuneta and former Filipino actor, Gabby Concepcion. Her name "Kristina" came from her mom and "Cassandra" came from her dad because he loved the movie "Cassandra Crossing." She has a half-sister named Simone Francesca Emanuelle who is the daughter of current Philippine senator Francisco "Kiko" Pangilinan.
Kristina, even when she was a young girl, has already auditioned for theaters and once auditioned for a musical play named "Little Mermaid". Her inspiration is her mom.
Her modelling career bloomed as she signed a 5M deal with clothing line, Human.
Although she is this talented and absolutely beautiful girl, she still had good grades in highschool. She went to an International School and was a part of the choir and of various school organizations. She was an active member of her school.
She was an MTV Asia VJ in 2003 but she never entered Philippine show business in a long period of time. She does a lot of guestings for her mom's self-entitled Show Sharon but she cannot be considered a Filipino Actress because she does more modelling than acting on TV and Movies.
Kristina is a very gifted singer. She recorded the soundtrack for the musical "Beauty and the Beast" headed by Ryan Cayabyab.
She is currently in Paris studying and pursuing her modelling career.
