Kedzie (Metra)

Kedzie is a Metra commuter railroad station in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side of Chicago. It is served by the Union Pacific/West Line.
The station is at N. Kedzie Avenue and W. Carroll Avenue, in an industrial and low-income residential neighborhood. The Chicago Transit Authority's elevated Kedzie station is on W. Lake Street, about three blocks to the south. CTA bus 52 stops at the station on N. Kedzie Avenue. The Garfield Park Conservatory is nearby.
No passenger trains stop at Kedzie station on evenings and weekends, and even during weekdays, service is fairly limited. Eleven out of 29 weekday inbound trains stop there, as do nine out of 30 weekday outbound trains.
