Went through and revised, sanitized the article some. "Civilians" don't have to be licensed in many areas of the country to carry concealed. I'm in Alaska, and there is no license requirement here.--Asams10 00:28, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
- Good clean-up! As for licenses for civilians to carry concealed, exactly two states don't require any licenses. The other 38 that currently permit concealed carry do require licenses. A minor point, though. Nice re-write! Thanks. Yaf 02:06, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
