James Aaron Beaumont Daniel Kennan (born June 29, 1988) is an Australian student who first achieved fame for his role in the cult film The Show. Recently he has sunk back into the background but has made random appearances on radio, generally the Nova 100 station in Melbourne.
James is still heavily involved in his old life but the hype about him is over and his popularity is predicted to sit at the level it is at now.

[edit] Early life and career
James Kennan, born in the Royal Women's Hospital, Melbourne the eldest in a Roman Catholic family. He was later adopted by Damien and Sue Kennan. Later his sister Paige was also adopter (Born October 17 1990). He lived in the Somerville, Victoria, till the age of four, and moved to Frankston, Victoria and still resides there. He attended St. Augustine’s Primary School till mid way through Grade 2 then went to Kingsley Park Primary School. There he met one of his still close friends Daniel Brown (Brownie), another of his close friends was Leigh Piper but quickly fell out when they began attending different high schools. He attended there till 2001 then moved up to high school and attended John Paul College and is still attending. In his life at high school he became friends with the stars of 'The Show' ( Andrew Collins, Andrew Knights, Alex Benson, Daniel Palermo & Benjamin Luxton). In his life he also began dating his now girlfriend Cassandra Richards on January 27, 2004. At school he also developed the JK insignia that has became a trademark with anything associated with him. The JK insignia has been seen in many areas all over Victoria, this usually is at James' own hand but you can never be certain.

The Show began on a small fan base which still remains loyal to the running series. It began with the initial cast of James Kennan, Alex Benson, Daniel Palermo, Andrew Knights, Benjamin Luxton and Ryan Martin. The cast quickly weeded out Ryan before making even a single segment. For a while the DVD was on hold until the now Member of Andrew Collins was picked up to replace Ryan. One day James also showed up with a life size dummy affectionately named Rashish by the cast who was later destroyed in a segment after problems with storage. The first DVD was released mid 2005 after major bumping back by the cast because they felt they had not given the public enough to satisfy them. The segments on the first DVD were...

After the first DVD release few segments were made in slow production running generally off the hype of the DVD release. James Has Appeared on the Nova 100 radio station in Melbourne. James has also appeared in the Frankston Standard Leader on October 16, 2005 with Alex Benson, Andrew Collins and Amelia Benson.

In his personal life James spends most his time at school or at home. He can generally be found playing video games on PS2, Gamecube and Nintendo DS. He spends his weekends with friends and his girlfriend. James lives a pretty hum drum life with the occasional exciting element thrown in, his life may seem exciting to others but to him it has became average. The group of friends he is associated with always has a constant joke or catch phrase going which rarely lasts more then a few days. On some weekends The Guys get together and it can be assumed the night will consist of a BBQ and them playing Super Smash Bros. Melee all night.
