Kerri Dunn
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Kerri Dunn was a visiting psychology professor at Claremont McKenna College who defaced her car by slashing its tires, breaking its windows and spray painting several phrases containing ethnic slurs and a partial swastika on the doors and hood the same day she spoke from the audience of a public event on the topic of hate speech. She reported that someone else was responsible for the "hate crime" and spoke at a campus rally the following evening, blaming the incident on a covert group of racists being supported by the general atmosphere of the campus. An FBI investigation revealed her guilt and she was sentenced to one year in prison and ordered to pay a $19,000 fine. The incident followed a series of controversial — and allegedly racial — incidents at Claremont McKenna and the surrounding members of the Claremont Colleges.
She is listed as #92 in conservative Bernard Goldberg's 100 People Who Are Screwing Up America.
