Kerry Bevin

Kevin Bevin is the founder and leader of The Republic of New Zealand Party, and was a candidate for the 2005 general election. He is the Party’s spokesperson on Economics, National Assets and Defence. The party obtained 344 votes across the country. He is better known as a fathers' rights campaigner.
Kerry was born in Wanganui, and worked as a teacher for ten years. Kerry has worked at the Men’s Centre in Northcote for many years. The Centre helps fathers distressed by relationship break-ups and the ensuing problems with custody and access.
